What is Your Return Policy?

To initiate a return, please send an email to Hello@CalypsoStudios.co. In this email, include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. You have seven days to return the item(s) back to us, beginning the day the item was delivered. From then, we will inspect the item and proceed with your refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and the cost to ship the items back to us lies with the buyer. If an item is not in its original condition upon return, we cannot accept it. All sale items and watches are FINAL SALE, this includes site-wide sales. If an order is returned due to buyer error, you may receive a reshipment invoice. However, if it's a sender error, we cover 100% of the reshipment cost. Additionally, please be aware that packages returned to us by the post office will incur a 10% restocking fee if the buyer does not wish to reship the order. Also, please note that items that are discontinued or final sale cannot be refunded.

Please be aware that once an order has shipped, we no longer have control over it’s shipment. All orders include tracking, so any delivery issues should be addressed with the Post Office. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if order never begin tracking. We can assist with filing a claim if needed!

Watches.

Please note that all watches are FINAL SALE. This policy is in place to ensure clarity during high-traffic drops and encourages customers to read descriptions before purchasing, as purchasing before doing so then requesting to cancel can be unfair to others and can cause confusion on our end, especially during the drops. We find this to be the policy for all of our competitors. Each listing includes details on functionality, length, and final sale status. Please expect some wear, as most watches are vintage or second hand. Photos are unfiltered and should be carefully examined before purchase.

Shipping.

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of $17USD for international orders, covering the typical range of $19 to $22USD, and $5.50USD for domestic orders.

Please allow up to 7 Business Days for your order to be fulfilled as most items are made to order. all orders come with tracking, this will be sent once your order has been fulfilled. International orders please note that if customs reaches out to you and doesn’t hear back, your order will be returned to us! Additionally, most orders are insured for added protection!

Please be advised that for international orders, customs costs may or may not apply, depending on your country's policy. The responsibility for these potential costs lies with the buyer. Fees resulting from refused/returned packages will be subtracted from the refund amount.

When is the next Watch Drop?

We do not have set drop dates, as they depend on how quickly the previous weeks orders are fulfilled. Drops are consistently every 7-10 days. Dates, times, and many styles are showcased frequently during the week. 

Jewelry Care.

Although Gold Filled jewelry can endure less forgiving conditions than plated metals, we recommend the following tips to ensure the longevity of the pieces.

• Remove when entering water.

• Allow sunscreen and perfumes to dry before wear.

• Store in a cool and dry area.

• Handle with care!

A note from our Production Team…

We use 5 different people to experiment our color preservation time. 4/5 people managed to maintain their piece for more than half a year, while the other only maintained a couple weeks. Each persons physical chemistry is different and will affect the longevity of the piece.

Please note that our price points are affordable compared to other similar gold filled items! They are gold filled on brass or copper unless stated otherwise and are priced to reflect this. Do not let other companies deceive you into thinking gold fill will never fade, as anything that isn’t solid gold will eventually fade!

What Is Gold Filled?

The term "gold filled" is used to describe jewelry composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or some other base metal, such as brass. The layer of gold on gold filled items is 5 to 10 times thicker than that produced by regular gold plating.

Where is my order?

All orders come with tracking, this is sent once an order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over its delivery process. At this stage, the responsibility for the package lies with the Postal Service handling shipment. If you encounter any delivery issues or delays with your order, we ask that you reach out directly to the Postal Service as they will have all the necessary tools and resources to assist you in resolving any shipping related concerns. Additionally, please note that most orders are insured for added protection!

Where is my Order Confirmation / Tracking Number?

All order confirmations are automatically sent to the email provided at checkout! if you purchased with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with that account. Once your order has shipped you will receive another automated email which contains the tracking link and our Return Policy.
