Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Items must be in their original condition. Some items are not eligible for return. See details below.

• Important Details:

  • Final Sale: Sale items, Watches, Vintage jewelry, and Apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or canceled.

  • Reshipment Costs: For returns due to buyer error, a reshipment invoice may apply. For sender errors, we cover the reshipment cost.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returned packages if you opt not to reship. Final Sale + Discontinued products items are only eligible for reshipment.

  • Delivery Issues: Once an order has shipped, we no longer have control over the shipment. All orders include tracking, so any delivery issues should be addressed with the Post Office. Refunds or replacements are only considered if tracking does not begin.

  • Incorrect Info: If your order information is incorrect and leads to a delivery issue, we cannot assume responsibility, and refunds will not be available. All prices are shown in USD.

Rates:

• International Orders: Flat rate of $17 USD, covering typical shipping costs of $19 to $22.

• Domestic Orders: $5.50 USD flat rate.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for order fulfillment as most items are made to order. Tracking information will be provided once your order is fulfilled.

International Orders:

• Customs: Responsibility for any customs fees or costs lies with the buyer. Fees from refused or returned packages will be deducted from the refund amount. If customs contacts you and doesn’t receive a response, your order will be returned to us.

• Insurance: Most orders are fully/partially insured for added protection.

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping may take a few weeks for delivery without delays. If you'd like to upgrade to faster shipping, please email us after your purchase.

• Pricing: All prices are shown in USD.

Please note that all watches are FINAL SALE to ensure clarity during high-traffic drops. This policy encourages customers to read descriptions before purchasing, as canceling after purchase can be unfair to others and causes confusion. Each listing details functionality, length, and final sale status. Expect some wear, as most watches are vintage, second-hand, and untested. Photos are unfiltered and should be carefully examined before purchase. We are not responsible for wear and tear, given the vintage nature of these watches.

We attempt to replace as many batteries as possible before shipment, but unfortunately, due to limited stock, we can't always do so.

• "Non Ticking" watches do not have a moving seconds hand.

• "Working" watches were monitored and shown a time change.

• "Untested" watches lack a seconds hand and cannot be visually confirmed to show the time moving.

Calypso Studios pieces are frequently restocked if they haven't been discontinued! Our restocks are driven by demand, as we prioritize slow fashion in our small business. To stay updated, you can sign up for email notifications on the listings you're interested in.

Our watches, vintage jewelry, and apparel are either vintage or reworked, meaning many items are one-of-a-kind. While we often keep popular styles in each drop, we cannot guarantee a restock due to the unique nature of our vintage items.

All order confirmations are automatically sent to the email provided at checkout! if you purchased with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with that account. Once your order has shipped you will receive another automated email which contains the tracking link and our Return Policy. 

We do not have set drop dates, as they depend on how quickly the previous weeks orders are fulfilled. Drops are consistently every 7-10 days. Dates, times, and many styles are showcased frequently during the week.

All orders will show as pending until they are fulfilled. Please allow up to 7 business days for fulfillment. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number.

All orders come with tracking, this is sent once an order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over its delivery process. At this stage, the responsibility for the package lies with the Postal Service handling shipment. If you encounter any delivery issues or delays with your order, we ask that you reach out directly to the Postal Service as they will have all the necessary tools and resources to assist you in resolving any shipping related concerns. Additionally, please note that most orders are insured for added protection! We can assist with filing a claim if needed.

• Returned Packages: If your tracking link shows that your order is being returned, please allow us some time to receive the package, and reach out to you There will be a sticker indicating the reason it was returned, we will share this information with you in the email we send.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer cart or processing holds, as this feature is not supported by Squarespace. Items in your cart are not reserved until the purchase is completed, so we recommend checking out promptly to secure your order.

• Avoid Water: Remove jewelry before swimming or showering.

• Apply Products First: Let sunscreen and perfumes dry before wearing.

• Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.

925 Silver Jewelry Care

• Store Properly: Keep jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in a tarnish-resistant cloth or sealed bag to deter tarnishing.

• Clean Regularly: Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to remove oils and dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a gentle silver cleaner. Remember, tarnishing is natural and can be removed with tarnish-removing products.

• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep jewelry away from perfumes, lotions, and household cleaners to prevent damage and tarnishing.

Additional Details:

We test color preservation with multiple people; results vary due to individual physical chemistry. While our gold-filled jewelry is affordable and well-priced compared to similar items, it will eventually fade over time as it is not solid gold. Be cautious of claims that gold fill is permanent!

"Gold filled" refers to jewelry with a solid layer of gold (at least 5% of the total weight) mechanically bonded to a base metal, such as sterling silver or brass. This gold layer is 5 to 10 times thicker than regular gold plating.
